E.Excel Overseas is the trading name used by EUROK BUSINESS S.A. for the online sale of products through this website.
EUROK BUSINESS S.A. is the seller of products purchased through eexceloverseas.com.
2. Orders
By placing an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement at the email address provided during checkout. A contract for the purchase of the products is formed when your order is accepted by us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or where we are unable to deliver to the address provided. If payment has already been received for an order that we subsequently cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.
3. Prices and charges
Product prices are displayed in euros (€).
Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and displayed before an order is placed.
A €25 handling fee is applied once per order and is displayed separately during checkout.
The total amount payable, including applicable shipping and handling charges, will be shown before you place your order.
For deliveries outside the applicable customs territory, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by authorities at the destination. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are not included in the amount paid to us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered on the website. Where payment by bank transfer is selected, the order will not be processed for dispatch until the required payment has been received.
Card payments, when available, are processed securely through our payment service provider. We do not receive or store your complete payment card details.
All payments are made in euros (€), unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched from French Saint-Martin.
We currently deliver to Saint-Martin / Sint Maarten, Guadeloupe, Martinique, France and selected European Union countries.
Available delivery services, shipping charges and any estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout according to the destination.
We will arrange delivery to the address provided when the order is placed. Please ensure that the delivery information you provide is complete and accurate.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

6. Right of withdrawal
Where you are a consumer and applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance purchase, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period generally expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where an exception provided by applicable law applies. This may include sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
7. Returns and refunds
If you exercise a valid right of withdrawal, products must be returned in accordance with the instructions provided in our Returns & Refunds policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when exercising a change-of-mind withdrawal right.
Products should be returned complete and in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
Where a refund is due, it will be made in accordance with applicable law and, where possible, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction.

8. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or you believe a product is defective or otherwise does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@eexceloverseas.com, quoting your order number and providing details of the issue.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging where reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
Consumers may have statutory rights in relation to goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts those rights.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
Product packaging, labelling or presentation may occasionally differ from images displayed on the website.
